Yayz at last I finished it after 10 hrs of hard work :iocnfinallyplz:!!

I did this for a contests at school,the theme is about sealife ~~ But really,I can't draw a picture without a character in it,for me its boring o3o sooo I added ASL in the pic !! Hehe poor Luffy..XDDD.

Try to find the 3 hidden stuff in this pic mehe,they aren't that hard to find XDD.

Tools Used:-
Drawing/lineart: Mechanical Pencil (0.5),and a pelikan fineliner
Coloring: Faber Castell 36 color pack (natural colors),Maped 36 color pack

Anddd blue eyshadow to add a ''blue watery effect'' to the pic,which wasn't THAT successful..it sucks on the pc..stupid scanner ruining my pictures </3 .So sorry if the quality is bad TT.TT,and the poorly put-together pictures T__T..I fail at that...
